Technical information

The cotton twill fabric is woven and prepared in a Stenter machine (heating process) in order to achieve good color brightness and sharpness while printing. Charlotte's motifs are digitally printed with pigment coloring that secures vivid and long lasting colors.

The fabric is then cured to fix the colors on the fabric and processed to control the shrinkage of the fabric. Finally the towels have sewn-in hanging loop for easy storage and a care instructions label. All parts of the process are supervised and controlled for best results.
