Penguin

This Yellow-eyed Penguin lives mainly in New Zealand and stays in colonies by the sea shore. It can travel far to find food but always return to the colony. Charlotte wanted to show this unusual Penguin with its cute feet and yellow head.

The Penguin is part of a series of birds from the artist's book "ABC with birds".

The motif is painted with professional pigment-rich watercolor paints using fine sable brushes. The paper used is a 100% cotton, rough grain 300 g /140 lbs acid free 100 % cotton watercolor paper.
